Normally if the transaction is still in the daily journal, the
transaction can be looked up and Voided. Tickets from prior days can be
re-printed and re-rung as a return. The
"Journal" key will display the terminal's electronic journal of
transactions for the day. The back office keeps a journal for all
terminals for every day. |
